Cryo treatments ?

has anyone tried cryogenic metallurgy treatments on engine components? if so whats your opinion on its effectiveness? My nephew and I are thinking of using the liquid cooled 1000cc 90 degree v-twin in a high performance build. My nephew took the 35hp (stock) 1000cc 90 degree vtwin turbocharged to 120hp and installed in an Harley Electraglide with great success (sharp kid ,valevictorian of his class in Aero space engineering ) BUT he sells/ trades everything once hes done project, then hes off trying something new .( hes young traded Electraglide project for nice Triumph 675 . Youth ..Electraglide old mans bike lol. if anyone did try cryogenenics was it on high quality metalor poor quality metal? The engine is a modular block like a triumph but poor quality metal ( that's the challage fun )

if anyone finds me one of these engines I will give a 500$ finders fee gas model not diesel..
Its a 954cc Daihatsu/briggs inline 3 long stroke 2 valve per cylinder already set up for turbo.
Actually rode a sportbike build using this engine. SO easy to go fast on track day pulled fro everywhere. For those of us whos riding abilities have severly deteriated. ( never that good in the first place lolol

The engine looks large but in reality its a very small unit. If Motus had mounted engine Horazonally I would have bought one in a heartbeat.

I'm JELOUS , just tried again (5th 6th time) to find surgeon who will even attempt surgery.
They all say lost cause. Too much deteriation . Not enough spine/bone for bars to attatch. I offered liability waivers ect No one will even try They gave me pain meds before they thought/ addictive so I was lifting 80,000 lb work outs in45 minets .. then running 6 miles a day . Every surgeon I have dealt with asks me HOW I can stand up. A doctor kept telling me to keep working out for core strength. (I did 1200lb shrugs an that was just a small part of work out. By the time they figured out the severity of injuries it was too late

Jake, I soaked a SS mini 14 in liquid nitrogen and it made a huge improvement on accuracy! My guess 50%. As you might already know it largely depends on the quality of metal and prior heat treatments. If you start with cheap crap you'll end up with cryo treated crap. That's kind of how it goes. GL
