MV AGUSTA F4RC surprizes all at jerez

With the moto media stating that Japanese and other European manufactures are raising the bar in 2017
I was pleasantly surprised to see Leon Camier and the MV AGUSTA F4RC posted the 5th fastest time
during Jerez 2017 testing . Camier stated MV AGUSTA found more power in the 15 year old engine design.
MV AGUSTAS race engineers never cease to amaze me . VERY impressive .

Me too. It was great to see and Leon says there is still a lot to improve.

Why does this matter? They're not racing 15 and 25 year old bikes.

???

I may have missed something in translation.

The F4's original engine design stems from the F4 750 doesn't it?

The F3 is around 5 years old IIRC.
