2nd for MV in the WSS Championship! 5 races ago I certainly wasn't thinking that. Jules did great!

Dirty kawasucki's. I hate that shit. Ruins the integrity of the sport. Chaz is the best rider on the best bike in my opinion. Too bad he crashed so much in the first half of the year. Screw you Rea.

Congrats to Cluzel Vice-Champion of SuperSport!!
And Camier, too, for an amazing season
Gino Rea and Baldolini were fantastic, too!

Thanks to the whole Reparto Corse.... despite limited resources and a thousand difficulties, this was a year of racing that makes a humble MV lover proud. Grazie mille!

Looking forward to 2017!! (Bring back Cluzel!)

And Congrats to Chaz and team Ducati; vice champion or not, that was wonderful!

are there any rules changes planned for next year that will affect the Ducati from a displacement standpoint

I don't like to seeing the a gift position either. Davies certainly earned 2nd place in the standings with having the most race wins this season.
The Ducati Gained bottom end grunt and has competitive top end so I don't believe they should get more displacement for 2017. The Ducati came a long way from the beginning of the season . At the beginning of the season they looked to need 100cc to be competitive , so cudos to Ducati racing engineers.
Kawasaki seemed to go flat. Even the privateer BMW and Aprilia teams gained ground on them. its always good to see privateer teams do better than expected. Yamaha Finally started to become competitive and they didn't blow up . MV AGUSTA still say the F4RC is the best handling bike on the grid and the F4RC still needs Horsepower. At Quatar there is a slow/tight corner before a very long strait and that combination really shows who has the most bottom end and top end power. Even the Honda CBR1000RR was visibly out powering Camier and the F4RC. Do you think the FIM might allow MV AGUSTA more displacement because of AGE? LOL

I have to defend Jonathan, I'm afraid; he tried to win the race fair & square, and was coming from a long way back; by doing so, he would have ensured that Sykes was runner-up (assuming he stayed third).

With a lap to go, he realised he couldn't win without a crazy lunge that might have scuppered them both, so gave Kawasaki what they wanted; a one-two in the riders championship.

I can understand it may leave a bad taste in ones mouth, but we have all had to do things for our employers that we didn't particularly want to.

And if you think Ducati wouldn't have done exactly the same, you're kidding yourself.

The older I get, the faster I was!

your always on the money my friend. The MV has a 15 yr old engine and they continuley try to massage the old baby to extract as much HP they can in any which way they can. But the most effective soloution so far has been weight reductions.

I was at the Jerez round and a journalist had the pleasure of testing camiers bike around the track. When he came back he said after johny reas bike the F4RC is the easiest bike to ride and was completely amazed at how fast and easy it was to turn. He said it was the second best bike in the grid although down on power was really astounded at its ability. I can backup this quote as I have ridden camiers bike and now have the great pleasure of owning it.

With Andrea Q at the realm of the team they are moving forward in the right direction. CAmier is said to be one of the top 5 if not 2n best rider on the grid with what he has to ride his results are amazing.

Chaz davies next year will win the championship. Ducati did find something halfway through the year and Davies I believe is the best rider now. It will be a healthy competition next year cant wait for it
