Luggage for F4 750 Mono
Hi all, has anyone worked out a solution for a tailpack on the first gen F4750s. (mono)
Riding to the TT again this year but the extended tank bag I have is too restrcitive really and wanted to reduce the size and add a tailpack, looking at Kreiga stuff but struggling to work out if its possile to secure it (without buying one and having a go) - considered the Ventura route but really a last resort as they're certainily not pretty!
anyone manged to work it out?
Steve

How much are you taking ?
I used just a Kreiga rucksack for a 2 week trip around italy.
They are very well made and the way the harness works you don't even know it"s on your back...
There is a pic in the link...

Hi
My MV is a 1+1 so no help there but I have a 916sp mono and use Kreiga tailback on that. The frame straps I believe would work the same. Before I load up I use a pice of thin rubber matting wrapped around the seat. It keeps the strap and bag off the paint. The matting is the stuff people put on cupboard shelves as a none slip surface. If you have a Wilkinsons store in your area that's where you get it. It also stops everything sliding about. When not in use I tuck it all under the seat
On the MV I took the pillion seat pad off and and screwed the straps under it.
