Has anyone bought one of those MV Agusta jackets on ebay for $189? Just wanting to know about quality and sizing

Fake so the answer is no.

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Picture likely to be of the real thing.

What's delivered will probably have substandard hide, skimped stitching (you'll only know when it bursts open in a tumble) and lower quality armour.

Dainese leathers are manufactured the Far East and the Ukraine these days. Though quality control is likely strictly controlled. Unlikely that these are out if the back door of the official factory as thay would loose contracts pronto if found out.

I wouldn't bother.

You get what you pay for, now having said that:
i wouldn't use them on a track day but for street riding I think they would be ok.
Just my opinion

So it costs only 189 squids, buy it and let us all know about your assessment.

Because a tumble on the street cause less physical harm?

I bought one similar that's not on Ebay anymore for $280. I have to admit it is actually pretty good quality and my wife says it looks great on me. I bought it for the style and I don't know how good the armor is. For $280 I'm thinking not the greatest, but it was cheap enough and makes a great bike night jacket. Nothing I would wear riding Emma on the mountain twisties although I do wear it occasionally when I'm on the Raider. Gotta represent.

I would be using it on twisties, probably better than my mesh jacket though

I bought the exact jacket that you have pictured here.
It was bought as a summer jacket to replace my aging hot weather clothing.
The leather is light weight so not so good for a racer ,which I'm not.
The stretchy material on the inside of the arms works for hot weather.
It comes with the words mv agusta screen printed on the outside of each arm and Dainese on the collar . The emblem on the front is the right colours and is stitched on leather but is not individual pieces of leather -appears to be screen printed or some other ink process.
It has the body armour in the right places and is well made- comes with a zip out vest liner.
The jacket did come from Pakistan even tho the seller was listed in Europe somewhere -CZ ?
The postage must have been a third of the cost - so how it can be made for this price I don't know but it works for me.
Or you can buy something very similar ( but not the same ) for 3 times the price from Italy.
