[Help] ECU info to Garmin Virb Xe

I introduce myself, Benjamin 35 years old from Paris in France.
I have a 800 Brutale RR 2015 and I need your help ...

I would like to create a box capable of transmitting information from the ECU has a camera via Bluetooth (RPM, Temps, ...)

I plan to use a large part of this project: https://github.com/HerrRiebmann/KDS2...ster/README.md

But the protocol is different between Kawasaki and the recent MV.
The MV uses the protocol CAN Bus, which is why I will use this shield with Arduino: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13262

I will like to know if some of you have experience on the subject. I search the forum but I have not found any information I need.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Benjamin,

I too have a similar side project in mind and it's been sitting on the back burner for a while. Based on all the research I've done it looks like our generation of bikes will be an exercise in reverse engineering.

At the moment I'm still finalizing my parts list but when I do start on this project in earnest I'll be sure to keep you in the loop.

Had we been working with the previous generation f4 and others bikes that share the ecu some other members have already done a lot of the work for us.

This might give you some insight.
