What Pants, stands and carbon bits?

Hi everyone,

i am currently making a wish list in case i get my self an F3 800 in the next month or 2. Im looking for the following items:

Kevlar Jeans
Rear Stand
Accessories (tail tidy, and carbon bits for an 2013+ F3 800)

Kevlar Jeans - I've read online good things about the Hood K7 and the Draggin Holeshot jeans. I would prefer a straight / slimmer fit, and the more Kevlar lining the better.

Rear Stand - i currently have a Kaneg rear stand for my current bike but wasn't sure what are other decent single swing arm brands.

Accessories - I know R&G are a quality brand for tail tidy's but wasn't sure if people prefer a different brand / style, also wouldn't mind a few little carbon bits to mix it up if price is reasonable.

If you have any suggestions on other brands or where the best place may be to purchase the above items that would be appriciated.

Cant comment on 1

Rear stand, I think Lightech make one of the best at the moment.

Forget the carbon , get yourself a steering damper...

Ive got an R&G radiator guard, had to cut some of its metal to get it to fit. My favorite accessory brand is Rizoma at the moment. Love their tail tidy and LED indicators.

Kaneg does one for MV's too. But there are lots of options out there, check the forum sponsors sites too.

Im happy with my Hood K7, they are a straight "regular" fit and comfy on the bike, really well made. The level 1 D30 armour is fine, I tried the level 2 and found it quite thick

cheers

I can't comment on 2.

For 1, since I bought a pair of Alpinestars new Riffs jeans I haven't looked back. CE rated and subtely armoured. They look a lot better in the flesh than the pictures. There's a good vidceo review on revzilla.com

For 3, Tamburini Corse or MV Special Parts for Carbon. The weaves match if you're OCD like me and fit and finish is perfect.

I have a Melotti tail tidy which is the best quality ive seen and some MV special parts

to be honest im not that impressed with the OE carbon as I still had to adjust some holes for a perfect fit. Ive ordered a few parts from Evolution bike at nearly 1/2 the cost and will see how they compare

cheers
