Iv got that error. Checked the exhaust valve-moves fine. Check cables-moves fine. Took the actuator out -the pulley not moving at all. I am not sure if it should move freely or not. Looked inside -everything looks like new, all gears looks like new they all spins. Is anybody knows how to check if actuator actually works? I have repair manual and nothing there about that, only about adjustment. Help please. If any of you guys with aftermarket exhaust have an actuator that you don't use anymore I would buy it. Let me know
