Arkansas Roads

Headed to Arkansas for a few days of riding. Can anyone pass on some fun twisty roads. Will start in Mena. Will head East staying in mid state area. First night in Petit Jean. Second day we will ride Push Mountain Rd #341 then start heading West. Thanks for any suggestions.

Bubba

OH MY, JEALOUS!

https://www.arkansas.com/motorcycling/on-road/

Have had my Ducati 1098, Triumph 675 & ZX-10r out on these roads, so much FUN!!!!!!!!!

Be safe, and do some checking on road conditions, as I think they have been having some rain and there will be leaves on the sides of the road for sure.

I have a map at home, I will take a look. I have ridden there. I actually rode to Bentonville in the northwest to check out Crystal Bridges Museum.

2015 Triumph Street Triple R

This is the biggest thing in my experience from doing some triumph rat raids there... make sure you have nearly new tires.. the roads are very abrasive. do a sighting lap of any area where you plan on getting on it, like push mountain. There is plenty of road kill out there, and big ass turkey vultures and not getting to deep into the wildlife, but deer, elk, bears and other critters.
Be safe, as if something happens it is a long wait for any type of support.

I remember lots of wild turkey on Push Mountain. They look like bombers flying over your head. Thanks for the info about the other hazards. Ive learded not to leave home with out the rear axel nut. And have learned about the rear tire Question, If you think you might have enough rear tire for the trip, you don't. Saturnday is alsost here and bike is ready.

Thanks again

Yup...Not many bad roads in Northern Arkansas/ Southern Missouri.

Would love to make it down there more often. Only been about 7 times in the last 4 years.
