Wanted, Speedymoto 55mm tapered socket

Hi all,


Im after the 55mm tapered socket by speedy Moto for rear wheel nut, if anyone has no use for there's any longer please let me know if I can purchase it and if so how much for. Or if you know where I can pick one up in the UK.

They are $70 online here in the US. If you can't find one, order one to my house and I'm happy to ship it to you if none of the resellers will.

I have one, part No 04-0203. I'm not convinced it's tapered TBH but it was a good fit on my Turismo albeit on a point of contact. Cost me about £80 once shipping and fees we added. Solid as a solid thing, will outlast me and no end of use.

Read my research here (images are there but non SSL so not showing in my browser, right click and choose view image), I also still have the alloy German Performance Parts socket.

The SpeedyMoto site does mention it will fit the Multistrada, which I now own. However, I'm sure I checked this and it didn't but will do so again and let you know here.

OK, have checked and there is quite a bit of slack in the fit on the Ducati, would destroy the nut in short order. Was sure I checked that but forgot why I dismissed it as not suitable... Anyway, this means that the socket is up for grabs.

Thanks for the advice Noel, guess so that enables you to torque the nut from the other side with an extension through the axle
