Thanks MV Arthur.... yes I spotted that. I should have included criteria of 100 or less!
I should have bought one years ago, and am now suffering the consequences!

I wonder if R & G would make one from their old patterns? I acknowledge they're not freely available now, but an enquiry might bring results. As I could be a starter also, I've emailed an enquiry. Will post result when available.

I have one of the Australian Rad Guards as Mitchy posted above. Problem free set up and very solid. You just need to be aware to fit it, it does require alittle shaving of the left side lower radiator factory rad guard. Unlike many so called guards they do hold the guard off the radiator.

They are the only brand radiator guards I buy now.

R & G advise the following:

Unfortunately we do have any old stock but we do a universal mesh that you are able to adapt to how you want it, I have attached the link below

https://www.rg-racing.com/browsebike...RADUMRACINGTI/

At the risk of sounding facetious, I'm not sure a zip-tied square foot of mesh for 60.00 plus is exactly the look we want. I would be heading to ship from Oz.

I agree with you Nigel. I bought a set of R&G guards for the Streetfighter. The zip tie installation was a bit of a buzkill. I installed the lower one fairly easy and the zip ties remained inconspicuous. Left the upper one off as the installation was a beeatch. reading the posts on this topic on other forums it appears that zip ties hold up ok, but I would not recommend R&G. Heard many good things about Rad Guard.

Thanks all for your suggestions. My F4 is currently being serviced and tweaked and my chap has said he can make one up for me from a similar guard. Said he has done this before a few times. I'll keep you posted on that.

Good news. With the right equipment you should get out of it at a good price.

What area of UK are you in? I ask only because good techs in UK are (in my experiences) rare. (Entering your location on the user CP would help us all when queries arise.)
