WTB: 2012 Brutale 1090R Headlight assy & disks

I am hoping that someone might have the headlight assembly or front and rear disks as these will be quite pricey to ship from Italy.

I may also need a clutch slave cylinder depending on the diagnosis.

Cheers,
Tim

Hi mate, not sure I understand the actual question to you mean 'or' or 'and' ?

1. I get the front headlight question...sounds like you need a headlight?
2. Front/Rear disks ...do you mean the rotors or the brake assembly (caliper/disk)

Cheers

Tim

Yeah, I need the whole headlight - because you can't buy the glass separately, and I also need all the rotors - not the calipers.

Good luck finding a headlight, they are very hard to come by....

The rotor are probably the same as some of the other bikes, are the fronts 310 or 320 mm ?

@mvrick Tony, do you have any rotors available ?

Thumbs up ?

Meteoroz;
We understand about the headlight
You need to clarify about the brake discs....
Do you have carriers and just need the stainless discs?
If so, buy aftermarket discs if you want new
If you need complete rotors look on Ebay for 5 bolt Ducati front rotors
All late ones are 320mm
I have rears, both ways, but then there's shipping to OZ

Hi @theknurl - I've just been told that I need the discs replaced, so I have everything but the actual stainless discs.

Any recommendations on where to buy aftermarket discs? Mid-Life Cycles are quoting $520 each for the front, and $165 rear, coming from Italy. She said she couldn't source any aftermarket ones.

The star twin reference is wrong - but just for accuracy Noel.
990r have a 310mm rotor
1090rr have a 320mm rotor

BTW, why do the rotors need replacing, mine are still good after 100,000km ?
