Yes, it will fit, but it's wider.

My first post on this forum!

Will run F3 675 in the Swedish rookie 600 series this season and are looking for extra rims.

Are there other MV rims that fit, for example, from F4?

There are several sets of rims in the For Sale section of the forum.
I'll leave "what-fits-what" to those who know.

Welcome to the forum.
All the rears will fit, but some are 5.5' (F3 and B3)and some are 6'( F4 and B3 Dragster).
All fronts from this generation will fit, not pre-2010, without mods or parts.

I have been viewing through the sale section but looking primarily for F3 wheels in Europe. There is still snow here so I have no panic to find them :-)
