suspension settings according to rider weight?

is there a table that has suspension settings according to rider weight?

I weigh 155 - 160 lbs and I d like to adjust the suspension as it feels too harsh and not set up nicely.

does anyone know some basic starting settings I could adjust the bike to?

I weigh about 215lbs with my gear on and I'd like to know the same info. Also, is it a stiffer spring that I might need?

Personality is what you show of yourself daily.

Character is what comes out under adversity. (Think about that)

It varies a lot with rider weight distribution on the bike. It depend on how "you" sit on the bike... forward or seated more towards the back (basically what your weight layout is on the bike). See the article/guide below (you'll need a friend to help you with that):

Best thing to do is to pay your dealer $45 to set it all up for you while you sit on the bike with all your gear (including your helmet).
