Mounting monster headlight on brutale

I have a 750 s brutale and need to measure my upper forks but don't know how to do this precisely. They are 50mm marzocchi but not sure if that's the measurement where I will be mounting the headlight bracket.
Anyone know?

This is the mounting kit I am considering...

Respectfully sir, why would you want to change out the Brutie headlight? To me, that's like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa.

Just read the thread regarding a conversion to radial calipers in the F4 section and emoto were mentioned as a supplier and basically the guys in the know say don't deal with emoto under any circumstances.

The monster headlight looks too similar to the brutie headlights.

I say it's your bike and you should modify it however you want! Sorry I can't help with your question but I would love to see what you do with your bike. Please post pics when you can.

Not sure how it would look on the Brute, but looks pretty good on this S3

The Brutale headlight is more than a simple headlight. Aside from my opinion of a degradation in appearance, there will be a change in how airflow is ported around the bike. The Brutale headlight is designed to help reduce the need for a windscreen....and, it's quite effective at it!
