Re: Replaced mid fairing (2010F4). Insulation suggestions?

Looking for some input from some of you members that are more mechanically adept. I recently replaced my side fairings (CF for stock) and was curious if anyone's done the same? If you have, what did you insulate(heat shield) the fairings with? Buy new insulation/heat protection, use existing heat shield, or did you create your own custom heat shield (if so what did you use)?

Purchased new heat shields. Kept the originals as is in the event I need to swap out the carbons.

Ride fast and furious but live to ride another day!

I produce the Thermal Insulation Kits for the F4 from the exact same material that MV Agusta use, I would have no problem making a kit for the Y10.

Please PM me with your requirements.

I used Thermo-tec adhesive heat shield and cut them to the stock size.
