Question Quickshifter for stock ECU

Hi guys, here's the deal. I want to fit a quickshifter for a F4 1078 with a stock ECU.

1. No Powercommander so the Dynojet unit is out, also no Microtec, so nothing to do with either of them at this stage guys.
2. Need something that has adjustable timing in possible.
3. Plug and play if possible, as little wire changes as possible in other words.
4. Please tell us where you got it, what you are selling, or as much info on it as possible.
5. Pictures or links would be appreciated.

We are looking towards HM, SP Electronics, and Translogic as some choices.
Your input will be much appreciated.

Hey Dons, Dynojet do a stand alone quickshifter you can use without a power commander. I found it yesterday after searching for PCV for my bike. Heres the link.

Does my bum look fast on this?

Question

Dons

Your best bet is the HM set up..

I've got one here for the 1098R's but I doubt it will fit on the MV's... You might need to contact them direct via email and ask for some advise..

Let me know if you get any joy.

John

Thanks John, pitty that won't go on the inline-4, but they seem to be a great option.

Spoke to the bloke selling Dynojet over here and they can not confirm the stand alone will work on the 1078.

Looking at the HM and Cordona now.

Bazzaz(US) or Techtronics(UK)

Have an older universal techtronic qs(pull). Been so long since i've looked at it don't recall if it has adjustable timing or not. Know it doesn't for each gear. Although both companies make units that do that.

Hi Donsy

My mechanic just fixed my Transmission shift and now according to the quickshifter spec, Push mode,

Still i need to off the throttle a little bit to up-shift. I can feel a change which without the quickshifter it will be more difficult/impossible to shift. And also more responsive and much less harsh.

Anything possibly wrong with my QS installation? My mechanic said it is plug and play, and from his experience none can shift without off the throttle a bit. Is it true?
