Thumbs up spark plug boot

i purchase some spark plug wires and didnt like the way they did not fully cover the spark plug socket.
so i looked at the old wires and thought, "hmm maybe i can make that old boot fit over it"
in the pictures below you will find i did just that. i know for a lot of you its now a wow factor
but i like for things to stay clean and also look clean.
Pic 1 i cut the boot enough to visually see the wire.
Pic 2 i pull the long section from the elbow section to expose the wire
Pic 3 i cut the wire(yes i know i could of just cut right throught everything in the first step) but no rush
Pic 4 i pull the elbow section out
Pic 5 i cut a section on the elbow enough to allow the bigger wire in
Pic 6 after installing all the wires in place, install the elbow right on top and push it into place.
Pic 7 the before and after

I forwarded this to you Carlos.

Thanks Noel! What does the seating surface look like? I have not had my valve cover off...yet. Gido does that work for me.
