feelslike it down shifted by itself

I have an 07 F4R and sometimes when slowing down it feels like the bike downshifts by itself. Has anyone had the same experience? Usually happens at a slow speed and in 3rd gear (I think)

Not preloading your gear lever absent mindedly are you? Is it actually down shifting or it just "feels" like it is?
