My Custom Breather.

I have been getting oil in my air box, But only after i do this
So i have made up a custom air breather/ catch can, it has baffles and stainless steel wool in it to seperate oil from the air that breaths out of a small K&N filter and a oil drain plug on the left side, This was bit of a headache to design because of the lack of room but it works well.

Sorry to hijack, but on this topic... my oil level on the sight glass is good, just below the upper mark, on my F4 1000 S. Even when the oil is good and hot (so the viscosity is thin) I get a lot of oil in the airbox. Yeah, I'll admit to carrying the wheel more than I should. Damned near blew over the other day in 3rd.

So is this common?

Very nice job on your fix by the way hoppy. Nice work!

If we can wheelie, we will wheelie, it makes the straight bits more fun.
