Titanium exhaust galling prevention remedies

Hi All,
Looking for advice on what hi temp grease/anti seize/other people have used successfully to prevent galling on titanium exhaust joint installations?

Any help or product identification would be appreciated.....

Have you tried Permatex anti-seize.. Loctite also do a good high temp anti seize grease to prevent galling..

bought a can of this 35 years or so ago......

good for 2400F/1315C

and helps seal the joint too

get a real small can with a brush, unless you're really young

you think Ti galls on Ti try it on aluminum

I have a tin of Molytec nickeltec Anti-seize and a tin of Loctite nickel Anti-seize, I will have to pass them on to the gran kids.


Someone once asked me if I was "out of my mind". To which I replied "of course I am, as its dark & scary in their".
