Thumbs up Air Intake Mods - Success

My 2010 1090rr was rated at aprox. 144 hp at the crankshaft from the factory and I was Love Struck with everything about my Brutale. After the break-in miles I added some simple mods at home and wanted more power. Fast By Ferracci installed the Cannon Ball kit (rated for an additional 20 hp at the crank) and Dyno-tuned it for an end result of 171+ rear wheel hp. (10-22-2010 Dyno image will be in my gallery).
Some playful miles later, I was missing that "Hot New Girlfriend" sensation I had when I first rode after the CB Kit install. The wonderful folks at Ferracci played for a short time and found me another 5.5 rwhp and a tiny bit more torque with a very cost effective air box mod. I got that "New" feeling back in some regard and I'm done with mods for a while.
The end result of their intake mod. is 176+ rear wheel hp. (01/03/2012 Dyno image will be in my gallery)

Thank You Fast By Ferracci

I've tried a couple times to add the charts. I keep getting
"Temporarily offline"

from MV.net ............. I can't seem to add them to this message either. Any advise?

Not sure of the exact mods. Generally speaking, the airbox intake paths were altered and the internal baffles were changed. I believe Ferracci plans to offer the alteration as a custom upgrade in the near future. I'm sorry to sound so cryptic, I don't have process pics or end result dimensions. I'm not hiding info on Ferracci's behalf, I do believe they're an excellent shop to deal with.

174 hp at the wheel from a 1090 is really stretching it in my book. All dynos aren't the same and dollars to donuts you won't get that figure on another one.

I got mine. Boy do I ever got mine.
