Up grading the cooling system with Febur and Oil radiator

Hi,
I am mounted on my LKM F4 860cc one Febur radiator with Brutale Oil radiator

Hi Mate
That is a lot of cooling you got going there. I would have lost the bottom of that radiator and just fitted the oil cooler in it's place. The GSX-R oil cooler would work great .
If you call your bike a 850, is that a piss hot 750 ? But I see 1078 on the tank and everywhere else ? Dunlop N-Teck tyres ?
But the ECU looks 750 ?

750cc modified with new crankshaft which make 860cc
and runs with FRR Bodis Racing System

154 Horespower. with 180kg

But i am a liitle stupid because everything is finish and is runs very good!

and now i missed more Power and my new Projekt is 1078rr cc

I thing this is the best waterpump




It is from the new MV Agusta 2011 and the impeller is more bigger
than all what you know.This waterpump must working with one water radiator an with 186 horsepower!

Hi,

Did you use a 910 crank?

How do you get more 3mm of stroke? A new cylinder gasket?

I think 860 is the typical big bore 76mm for a 750 (73,8 mm x 43,8 mm), no stroke change by crankshaft.
the 910 (76.0 mm x 50.1 mm) crank has more than 6 mm more stroke

On post 5 a.flegra says new crankshaft... If you imagine the piston in the center of the travel, you need to gain 3mm on the top and 3mm on the bottom of the stoke so my question.

cant see why it cant be done. It increases the linear speed of the piston, but for a road engine, should be fine.


If a.flegra could say more things on how the engine was made that would be great.
