I've seen two variations for the 1st gen bikes, 750 style is steeper and the 1000 has more rake. what bike are you seeking to modify? you may run into clearance issues with the steeper head sleeve depending on the tire you run in the front.

Hi Al, Its a 2012 F4RR. Do we know if the 750 sleeves fit in any other models? I find it strange that MV go to the trouble of putting it on the production bikes then don't supply any options..... I don't buy that "its for racing homologation" reasons as MV don't seem all that committed to racing nowadays.

I just like to play around with chassis geometry really. I designed and made my own Moto2 chassis a few years ago (https://www.facebook.com/MRNRaceTechnologies/) and just like to get the best out of a bike. If these are not available to buy I'll probably get some made along with some adjustable offset yokes to give full flexibility.

On the RR frame, the headstock is a little taller than the early f4 frames, so the eccentric sleeve and triple clamps aren’t a direct swap. Your best bet would be to get the ima triple clamp and play with the offset spacers. I’m not sure if there are any different sleeves available through the race program, but I haven’t ever seen any.
