Here are some photos of the new additions I have added to my 2018 F4. It was a beautiful day for a ride and I thought it would be a good time to showcase the new goodies!

Overall I am very happy with the bike, even the stock suspension set up is brilliant. I'm finding the F4 an easy bike to ride, razor sharp handling, but smooth as silk. The power delivery is very linear down low, a little subdued. But as you all know, keep those rpm's up and it's a rampaging lunatic!

And yes, still a couple of mm of chicken strips to scrub off... Next week sometime I will shoot down to my favourite set of twisties and get to know her a bit better.

Hope you enjoy.

Mods so far,

-RG7 slip on exhaust

-Puig light tint screen

-MV Corse carbon rear hugger

-Evolution Bike rear seat cowl

-R&G tail tidy

-Lightech indicators

-MV valve caps (adds 4hp... <img src="http://www.mvagusta.net/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Wink" class="inlineimg" />

The MV Corse rear sets and quick shifter (up-down) come standard with the 2018 model.

Will be adding a full exhaust system in the near future, a carbon fibre front guard as well.... And a few other bits and pieces.

Light smoked screen is a big +
She looks good, and the seat cowl finishes off the bike.

The screen is definitely a worthwhile investment, I find the OEM clear ones scratch so easy and then look really bad.
The seat cowl was a must as well, as soon as I took the rear pegs off it transformed the look. &#x1f44c;

And the bike has that beautiful sparkly white paint.
Far away it looks like normal white but upclose its just jaw droppingly good.
And that red frame POPS so hard in your face. Beautiful ride man. (little jealous to say the least )

The difference in paint is actually the main reason I went with an Matt Avio Grey version instead of classic Red/silver. In the sunlight the bike shows like 3-4 different shades of grey.
In shadow its flat grey, but put the bike in the sun and you got dark grey, grey, light grey and almost white.
MV really puts some quality paint on their bikes.

Heres some examples shadow and in sunlight:

Wow! That's stunning! It's awesome how much it can change with the light. Man that looks good.

Yeah the pearl through the white certainly gives it depth. I really like the spoke style wheels as well, was so happy that they didn't change them.

is that a modified standard exhaust ? looks good

i see the arrow logo on it but couldn't find any info on it, did you also decat the system ?

i love the standard exhaust and don't really want to change to a different muffler but if this arrow one provides a nice sound and same look i'd go for it

I think i found it

https://evolutionbike.it/mvagustasto...0/rrsc017.html

So basicly this has the same looks as the standard exhaust but makes it louder ? I still am not sure where the cat is located with the 2010+ f4s, heard that there are 2 cats (one near header and one inside the muffler)

Hey mate, yeah that's the exhaust you found on the evolution bike site.

It's actually not louder at all, I was a bit disappointed after being told that it would be. Especially when I paid $2,500 AUD for it, the tone is slightly different but no where near what I was expecting from a slip-on.

Not decated yet, the cat is located just behind the exhaust valve on this model. And without buying a full system it can't be removed in the way of using just a link pipe like previous models.

I love the look of my new exhaust but realistically, knowing what I know now I would have just powder coated the original exhaust tips black for the same effect.

Nice bike mate. White's always been my favourite colour for a bike.

oh i see, ye that's quite dissapointing then but looks nice

basicly we could just cut the cat off and re-weld it for an "aftermarket tone" effect without sacrificing looks
