F3 675: air filter with standard exhaust

on my F3 675 I have reflashed the ECU (by ecustudio) and now I have the MV Race map (the map loaded is done on an F3 with not standard exhaust and, maybe, with not standard air filter), the exhaust valve off and the down quickshift.
I wanted change the air filter with one better but I have doubt that it's better don't change it because I have the standard exhaust.
Is it correct to change the air filter (with one of BMC, K&N, Sprintfilter, ...) if is mount the standard exhaust?

What do you think of this air filter ( Sprint Filter - The Best Air Filter - [email protected] )?
