+1 on Chris at X-Bikes - he did a superb job with my Brutale and a Microtec along with a MWR filter, arrow de-cat pipe and airbox snorkels removed.

I can also thoroughly recommend PDQ in Taplow. They're great guys and have done a lot of work for me in the past.

Brutale 750S - Tricked and refining in progress - nearly ready for the 2019 season and track days.

+1 on PDQ, I've used them for R1's and GSXR's but not MV's

I can't talk to recent work but Larry at PDQ did great things on my zxr750 about 25 years ago.
