Brutale 910 Hugger well nut size anyone?

I tried searching and it seems that to fit a CF hugger to my Brutale 910S I need some M5 well nuts. I should have checked when I had the wheel off at the week-end but obviously didn't, hence a quick question.
Are the well nuts M5 and how long do they need to be?
I've ordered the hugger, it doesn't come with a fitting kit.

Just a standard M5 well nut....If I remember correctly, they were about 12 mm long, 8 mm OD. The thing about well nuts is they compress as you tighten, so even a bit long is OK.

I have the instructions from mine filed away somewhere. I'll have a look around and post them if I can find them. Been 8 years though, so maybe hard to locate.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

Thanks for the response. Well nuts aren't something we can walk into a hardware store and buy over here easily so I'll probably order some from fleabay. I had thought of using rivnuts which seem to be easier to come by but I'm not keen to buy a gun just to fit three inserts. If all else fails I guess I could tap out the holes.

Send Noel (The Knurl) a message. He sends stuff to OZ for other members routinely. They are cheap when you know where to get them.

Do a search for well nuts on eBay and you will finds lots of suppliers.
