Is there already progress in tuning the F4RC ....?
would like to know more to compare the experiences
or expand.

3 years ago I started the same engine project /
Tuning. Everything I needed is available in Germany (specialist companies and parts). Everything is stable until today. Last year, I made some changes to electronics and cooling. Cooling was improved last year and now the electrics / ECU would be retuned.

Nicholas I built my F4RR to F4RC spec because I couldn't find a dealer who could ensure me delivery of aF4RC ANYHOW MY Bike ..FLYS power is phenominal and actually BEATS my Kawasaki H2 in top end power/acceleration. I love my H2 for its tremendous bottom end/ mid range acceleration its comfort and around town rideability BUT its Chassis is a Flexy flyer a stock F3800 does lap times 1.5 seconds FASTER and the H2R even though it has 280HP (the 320 is BS) because of flexy Chassis the H2R hits a Wall lap time wise and can only do lap times 3 tenths faster than H2 and like I said the H2 isn't a fast track bike. I relate to the Passion of unique high performance builds I work and turbocharge and install forged rods/Pistons, work heads to a ...35hp...1000cc Briggs and Stratton V-Twin and get 125hp out of it and increase durability 600% (35hp stock engine goes 5000 miles worked turbo with forged internals 125hp goes 30,000 miles) and this makes for the best touring engine I have ever ridden . I LOVE WORKING ENGINES BUT TODAY ITS NOT ABOUT PISTONS RODS ECT . ITS ALL ABOUT THE TUNING . You can find pistons ect RACE ENGINE TECHNOLOGY MAGAZINE BEST ENGINE TECH MAG ON THE MARKET . You will find all the parts you need but word to the wise, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TUNING FIGURED OUT FIRST.

if I could find the correct tuner/tuning I would have a 200hp Triumph Sprint 1050 ST Superbike. I have seen the Trumph Sprint 1050ST turbo with 220hp and it was a trackday beast . Speed and handling .

Sorry Nicolas I wrote reply before reading end results thought you where at a standstill on build ...GOOD LUCK BUT STILL TAKE CARE TO FIND TUNING SOLUTION. Ironically I bought the MVUSA CEOs Bike owned by Eraldo Ferracci Jr. A 2007 F41000R . They told me it had Fast by Ferraccis F4 Big Bore kit. I wonder if its the same displacement Nicholas is shooting for or it might be same kit ? I did EVERY upgrade available on Bike (except carbon rims) And it is a very fast 2007 F41000R. I ran against other F41000Rs and walked away from them .....1133cc? I think its the same kit. FBF has shut down. does anyone remember the size/displacement of there big bore kit? I think it was 1133cc...Nicholas ..sorry I don't know a thing about big bore kit build done I just bought it that way .

The old F4 could do 1133cc with the big bore kit by HRT. It is a fast bike absolutely but barely makes 200 on the wheel.

The new F4 is not suitable for bore over 1078cc.
But by reworking the entire engine it can go up to 1161cc, making it the most insane MV F4 there ever will be.
Weíre aiming for 220+ on the wheel. If I get 215 Iíll be happy.
Standard F4RC with race kit barely makes 185.

Hi Nicholas,

had you written a PN.
correct, more than 1078ccm from Model 2010+ are not recommended (wall thickness of the cylinder wall).
Here are one test bench logs, power at the rear wheel.
the second with 1078ccm, with and without DB killer (SC-Projekt).
After completion of the retraction phase and installation Lambda controller will come this year more to the rear wheel than 220 HP.

Does anyone know if the MV F4RC came with Bodis headers or something comparable? if not what gain do you get from the Bodis Headers (rough guess) Thank You Jake

Nicholas Love this engine build for Harley touring bike... Supercharged 1000cc 90 degree V-twin Briggs and Stratton with 4340 Chrome moly con rods , Arias forged pistons, worked heads roller rockers 20lbs boost . Stock Horsepower 35 with 55lbs torque
After supercharged and worked 125hp 120lbs torque. TOTAL cost of engine supercharger forged internals 2700$
Phenominal engine in Harley Electraglide 125hp 120torque no vibration .... 400% increase hp.....500% more mileage out of engine.

Same set up in Avatar but the bike is a Kawasaki GPZ 1100
