It didnít work with a big bore kit, so this one is ďonlyĒ stroked to 57mm(50,9 OEM).

This is now a 1117cc F4RC.

It is for sure a beast and the sound from the Bodis system is screaming right in my ears. I still got the dB-killers in.
I think I want to do a remap without the dB-killers. It should be possible to have several maps in the ECU.
I imagine itís possible to squeeze out 5-7hp more from it.
Right now I wonít go for more displacement.
Last option is to manufacture a complete new crankshaft. With all the work there is to do all of this including all other parts I then need to buy it wonít cost less than Ä40.000 - again.

Iím very happy with it.

When I picked it up it was a shock for me that it wasnít the displacement we he first told me it should be. He didnít even tell me it didnít work to bore the cylinder.
Then he thought it was around 1050cc or something. Maybe I didnít understand correctly be we spoke in German. It was a 1.100km one way drive all the night so I was dead tired.

If it would have been 1050cc today I would not be happy at all.

1117cc is close enough.

Iíve forgotten where everything goes.

The OEM rear sets are very beautiful. Itís very hard to find better looking ones.

I found some other stuff, but it wonít go for less than Ä20.000.
Later Iíd like to upgrade the brakes. Another Ä10.000.
Wow, I can now understand why the BMW HP4RACE cost Ä78.000.

Hi Nicholas, Glad to see your build is done and turned out well. You are the person that allowed me to figure out that my 2007 F41000R had a big bore kit installed to 1133cc. ANYHOW... 2 suggestions brakes ISR 4 piston calipers . made for the F4 best Calipers on the market unless you go to Brembo racing line Calipers but they cost a fortune ISR calipers made from 1 piece of Billet aluminum and 4 brake pads per caliper. 2... ALTH full floating discs with RED carriers . LOOK phenominal The ISR calipers look great also but don't hold that against them, they REALLY have excellent feel and power and only cost 1000$ a PAIR

For the brakes and for relatively little money (compared to billet masters etc) Brembo ZO4 pads make a massive difference. The power and feel is night and day compared to stock, I run ZO4 and billet master, discs and lines are OEM at the moment. More than enough power to go from 270kmh for turn 1 at Sepang.
