Marchesini forged rims for the B4 1090rr

Swapping my rims from the F4 2005 to 2012 B4 1090rr was a challenge but got there in the end.

A friend hand machine out the spacers from a solid.

Started from a couple of 3D design.
I didn't want to have to offset any rotors like others have done.
The rims and rotors sits dead centre.

Same original forks with one side of the leg has a dog leg cast spacer.
And no we didn't shave or modify any of the legs.
So I can swap between the original rims on the B4 and the marchesini and then back to the F4.

Went through that road trying to find bearing to replace. But no good, the spacer sleeve sits on the bearings.
