F3 Rearset Recommendations

Hi All,

Thinking about upgrading the rearset on my F3,

Looks to be a few options by Lightech, Rizoma, Moto Corse, Sato Racing, Bonamici Racing and MV Corse

Looking for recommendation on what people have used/tried likes and dislikes or any other manufacture I may have missed

Bike is used for 100% street use at the moment with the intention of trying the odd track day in the not so distance future

Look forward to hearing everyone thoughts an opinions

Chris

So I have the Lightech standard rearsets and I really like them. The adjustability is pretty good and they look cool as well. The system they have allows for 6 different positions and once adjusted you can't really see the holes for the other positions, as opposed to others where you can see a million holes you can screw the pegs into.

They fit on easily and no extra parts or weird bolts are needed. I run the on a road pattern and there is no issues with my QS.

Only thingh is that the black finish has worn quite quickly on the heel plate and pegs. But spares are available for each part, which is good.

If you go with LighTech, get the folding foot pegs. If you get the fixed pegs you can damage the frame in the event of an off, this happened to me!

I have the Rizoma rearsets on my 800 Brutale which are the same fitment as the F3. Found them strong with plenty of grip & none of the black has rubbed away.

I have both the folding pegs and the static ones. I agree. I've seen bike that had minimal damage, aside from the rearset mountings having been sheared off due to fixed pegs.

Has anyone installed the Moto Corse rearsets?

this is what I am leaning towards looks wise however I'm struggle to justify the price (over double the price of the Lightech)

I have them on mine. Good quality. I bought them to get the heel guard for the QD exhaust but I still scratched the pipes with my boot. They are fixed pegs which I do not like.

Looks good!!!

I decided the pull the trigger on a set, hope they are as good as I imagine they are going to be because they were bloody expensive!!

Rear set arrived fitted test rode and adjusted last night.

After stopping and making minor adjustment along the way these feel amazing, I'm genuinely surprised how much they change the feel of the bike when riding.

I only really purchased them to get fixed pegs with a little more grip and for the looks

Really nicely made and the Ti fixings

Donsy and Donsy like this.
