Clear Tank protector

Hi

Can any one help please. Just bought an F3 RC 800 and have been looking around for a tank protector.

Seen quite a few in carbon or with a design on them. But can't seem to find a clear one.

Has any one fitted a set and where did you get them.

Thanks in advance Gary.

edit: Ordered myself the carbon version from this seller. Haven't fitted it yet since its very cold this time of year and I dont drive in these conditions.

I bought the carbon version of that and it looks nice on the bike. The tank's shape doesn't lend itself to an ordinary off the shelf tank protector. IMHO the carbon effect one looks much better than the clear one. I would imagine that the clear one will be much more difficult to fit to avoid air bubbles showing as well.

ie: This one...

as opposed to this one...

This is what it look like fitted...

I have been using these for years and never had issues. Is invisible until you get really close to it. I have use the one that do not use glue just static and never had one come off. http://thetankslapper.biz/motorcycles/mv-agusta/

Thanks every one, really appreciate your help.

I think the MV Agusta one, looks fine to me.

I prefer the clear ones than the carbon look. Just my preference as they are both perfect for the job. Keen to get it fitted, as i've only done around 300 miles and you can see very fine marks already.

Thanks again

Oops one more question please.

With this type of protector, do they just stick straight on the tank with out adhesive. Also if removed do they leave any glue/residue on the tank.

Never fitted a tank protector before.

Thanks
