The red trim and pipes look great. Are the pipes much louder than stock? I have read they are.

Terry, the pipes are quite a lot louder than stock (that's why I got them!) but they are not offensive with all the baffles in.

I assume that these are QD pipes, which Design Corse recently had on sale. I didn't particularly like the looks of the stock set-up and I thought the bike sounded like a sewing machine. So I just put the black version of the QD pipes on my TV, and while they are certainly louder than the stock set-up, they're not obnoxiously loud, and I think they are freakin' gorgeous.
