F3 800 Exhaust questions.

Hello,
I just picked up a F3 800, A bike I have been wanting for years

I have been spending the last few hours going over the exhaust thread on here and came up with a few questions I was hoping i can get some help with

I am looking for a exhaust system that keeps the 3 pipes. I love the way they look.,

I have seen the FM Project and the QD pipes. both look amazing,

I found a lot of info within the exh thread but most of it was from 2014 and half the links no longer work.

In doing a QD or FM Project slip on. Will the bike need a fuel programmer?
Is the cat able to be removed (punched out) on the stock header?
If it can be removed and a slip on was added would it need a programmer?
If so, what is a good programmer to run? My dealer wanted to sell me a Rapidbike one and said I will not need a Dyno in order to tune it.
I live in the US and we have no emissions for bikes here anymore. Especially in AZ.
Noise, I like them loud. my FZ-09 was about 125db without the baffle in it.

any other 3 pipe exhaust systems out there for the F3 800 that sound good and won't need a programmer but if needed can be upgraded to a full system later on if wanted?

Thanks

Ive got an F3 800 with the QD. I chose that because you can remove the baffles individually, so you can set the volume level. With all 3 taken out....very loud.
Easy to fit. Sounds and looks great. No programming required.

Take a chance while you still got the choice.

I've got one system left.. If you're based here in the UK and come direct to me, I'll do you a once in a life time deal.

Cheers

The Zero is an amazing exhaust. I own one in addition to a QD. I prefer the Zero due to its factory look. I will admit that it is loud but such are most of these. At the track I run a full Termignoni setup which is amazing (I only run it to meet sound regulations).

I also run the Termi titanium header 100% of the time. I don't recommend it without race fairings though as you would have to cut a substantial amount of your factory belly pan and side panels to make it work with an oem setup. Although, that being said I have modified my stock fairings and side panels to accommodate it when running on the street. This required the fabrication of additional brackets to make Absolutely, that sounds terrific! The panels stayed in place.

The oem header is small and restrictive and inside it is the factory exhaust valve which is another great part to get rid of.

I'm planning on picking the bike back up from its 3rd spray replacement Saturday and would make a video if you would like.

Cheers, Jon-Michael

Could you please post some pictures of what had to be modified? And with the full Termi setup (high mount?) what db levels do you achieve?

If you would, that would b great.
I was trying to find info on the Zero exhaust. With no luck I started looking at other systems.
I wasn't even able to find a place to buy the Zero exhaust. Just feedback and pics of it on bikes.

At one point I do plan to add a header and a programmer, which leads me towards the QD due to the baffles.

We have a track here I could go on but I wouldn't track this bike and the sound level is only 98db ,. my stock CBR1000RR failed that
