QD exhaust

The one thing I didn't like about my TV was the standard exhaust collector box, so I had been looking at the QD and FM systems.
On Wednesday I received an email from Design Corse offering a great deal on QD exhausts, so I bit. Exhaust was dispatched next day, arrived this morning, and have just fitted it to the bike. Looks much better to me, sounds nice without being too loud (with all dB killers fitted).
Weather forecast for tomorrow is shocking, but hope to get out on Sunday and see what it sounds like riding.

Just curious: Can the tips be rotated to any position?

Yes, the bolt that holds the db killers also holds the tips. If you bore an extra hole you could change the angle. The tips might not be that easy to remove but you should always refit the bolt. Younwouldn't want one through the windshield.

QD Exhaust - centrestand

I don't have a centrestand, but I'm sure it will fit, it's smaller than the original collector box, and there is a bracket on the bottom that looks like you would fit a bump stop for the stand.

Found this video on the net of a Rivale with QD, sounds very similar to mine before and after.

Haven't weighed it but it is a lot lighter than the original.
