16M Magneti ECU Diagnostics Software ScanST

Hi guys,

I have found an interesting diagnostic software for Magneti Marelli ECU's that also supports the 16M ECU, that is used in the older Brutales. The software is called ScanST it's free, and here is the Link, so you can check it out.

Diagnostic ECU Marelli

Does anyone has experience with it? I'm planning to try it on the weekend, to see, if I can somehow connect to the ECU.

I'm looking forward for any comments and suggestions.

Very interesting.... maybe similar to what Adam (Merc07) has???

I have a Fiat OBD cable that attached to the MV diagnostic plug and then to USB on the computer. I would think you will need some cable like that.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

I have a KKL-VAG USB Cable and a FIAT OBD to 3 PIN cable, and I'm going to try that one on Thursday or on the weekend. As soon as I get some results, I will get back to you.
