Before this escalates in to a major 'I said' 'he said' can I suggest that this is resolved in private? This can only end in tears and legal bills at the rate it is expanding.

I have experienced a situation of bill shock (with a car dealership - A$90 to replace the rear window wiper blade). It is a learning experience, I paid the bill, and never went there again.

Sam, it's Tim here and I had decided to step away from commenting further following my earlier support of Dave - however you made a point that I wanted to highlight.

Not just that but he sells most MVs in all of oz. his pushing the brand into the market and his trying to grab a bigger market share of the motorcycle sales and what he has achieved with damian is phenomenal. His passion for the brand is only for MV and it has his full attention not like other dealers that are multi branded. Which brings me to my next point he relys on only MV to make his money he doesnt sell anything else. Not like most other dealers.
And my support of your point is this...

MV Paramatta is the only dedicated MV Brand store in Australasia, if not the world . Unlike every other Dealer who carries the MV brand, he has no ability to subsidise revenues from either Sales, Servicing, Parts and/or Gear as almost every other Dealer on the planet does. Lets not kid ourselves, MV's do not fly out the door even during the best of buying times - they are a high end, low volume motorcycle and that's part of the reason why we love them...it's part of our analysis when it comes to total cost of ownership. Even though we occasionally discuss fuel consumption statistics, we didn't buy them because they were economical.

I'm happy to take the full a position of full support of MV Paramatta - they've been outstanding for the brand in Australia.

Each to their own....

Not in the world as there is also one in Belgium. MV Agusta Namur.

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.
