F4 1000R 2007 Rear Hub maintenance

Hi everyone

My bike have 38000km, and i'm about to made the rear hub maintenance. I've read many threads and like 2 or 3 advices.

Someone have, or know the best brand and place to buy the bearings and seals? I've heard a lot about INA, and what you guys think about SKF?

Should i change the spacer too?

Just replace the wheel side bearing 3810 2rs.
The spacer should be fine.
Purchase a bearing off Noel "theknurl" forum member.

I also bought it with the Knurl when I had to replace the hub and bearings. He even put in some extra grease And the bike went smooth ever since!

Isn't the F4 the most beautiful bike you have ever seen?

I supply hub bearings to the Forum.......not one has failed in over 1,000 sold
1st pinch bolt torque MUST NOT BE over 15lbft/20Nm, I tested it, the Factory didn't
I have sold 2-3 needle bearings....that's why I asked for the picture of the inner race
Be careful with the alloy spacer it can cut the seals...deburr it
Use Never Seez or waterproof grease on the axle where the 3810-2RS 3810-2RS bearing sits

Thank you all for the help.

theknurl and mitchy, everything that comes to Portugal from outside of EU pays more 75% in fees and charges!!!

So i bought one inside for 70Ä.

I haven't dismounted yet, but i'll do it soon. If necessary i replace the bearing, if not, just lubricate.

I always mark them as a $5 gift.......

pires......
The New Zealand importer marks parts up 425%
Australia and NZ charge duty on the fucking SHIPPING!!!!!!

I've paid duty once, $30 on a set of Ti head pipes, BECAUSE it was shipped by UPS

Mitch sent me 10 hubs in one package.......ZERO duty

I love the US Post Office

Well, here it goes.

I already dismounted the hub. Send photos for you to see.

From what I see it seems that everything is fine, but, now i have a doubt!

On the hub i have two bearings on the wheel side, and I read that it's just one (3810 2RS)! Can you tell me which ones are mounted on my bike?
