F4 750 Clutch Pack

Hi all, After a recent service on the clutch it got me thinking about spares. I understand friction plates for the 750 are becoming hard to source. I have few questions

1. Are any of the later models clutch packs compatible? Dumb question...Would purchasing the entire basket help?

2. What about the Surflex brand? They seem to make alot.

3. Any other aftermarket brands making them?

The 750 clutch basket changed a few times ( well there are at least two versions!). I would take the friction and metal plates to you nearest big bike shop and start matching them up against what they have in stock. A1 Accessory Imports lists the friction plates so you should be able to get them ok at least.

Thumbs up ?

Barnett......been around for ever
Go on line

Then again I've never seen a 4 cylinder Japanese style clutch wear out......in
6 World Endurance Racing Championships......3,000+mi in 24 hours per race for a season
Or for RC Jr's NHRA 3 Walleys

Just saying

Not actually hard to get. Newfren Ferodo and probably Barnett and Surflex too.

Clutch hubs - now they're hard to get......

F4 750: EVO2 engine, CNC Mitchs Hub, CNC water pump, FBF clip ons, Uprated chain tensioner, PCIII, Ceramic headers, RG3s, Talon 520 conversion, Oro wheels, +40,000miles and counting.......
