2013 F4 Traction control

Hey folks my F4's TC is way to intrusive and erractic even when the setting is way down to 1. If I go over a pot hole, railroad tracks, or on a bridge the TC kicks in and cut the engine power for a few seconds. It's scary especially in mid corner at higher speeds. It's kicked in from 30 km up to and above 150kms. The bike has 2400kms on it, and has the latest software installed from MV. This problem existed before the software upgrade. Any advice would help.

Also where on the bike is the system located? I was thinking on unplugging the connectors and maybe cleaning them.

I would suggest you get all the sensors and electrical connections checked out.
The TC is built into the software of the ecu, so it cannot be simply disconnected.
On it's lowest setting it is not active at all, so you have something else causing those issues.

If you have had it in to a technician for this issue already, and you have communicated the issues as you have here, I would not be very confident about them.

looks like we have the same bike - mines a '13F4 base. I have the traction control dialed down to 2 or 3 i think. And although i am Not an aggressive rider, the roads in San Diego are complete crap and through all the rough riding I have never noticed what you are experiencing.

Again, my input cant solve your problem as im not skilled enough to really force the engagement of TC on dry roads, but it sounds like you are experiencing an over-sensitivity(or complete malfunction) of the TC system during relatively routine and mellow riding? Doesnt sound normal at all if that is the case. ESPECIALLY if youre running the OE stickyicky supercorsa SP 2 tires - these of which I would imagine dont require a whole lot of assistance in keeping traction...
