Help with Engine idle RPM

Hey Guys and Gals
Can anyone help me with the Idle speed of a 2013 Mv F4 1000?
The manual says 1200 max but I think mine is idling high after QD Exhaust install.
My Tacho shows TWO black bars, is this correct?
Should it really only be showing one black bar?
Any advice and pics would be great as I current have it at the shop having a tune installed

Cheers
Clay
