WE WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK ON THE JOURNEY OF CUSTOMISING YOUR ITALIAN STALLION.
Gotta wonder if an investor pulled the plug. In retail in the US, this happens often. One day our supply vendors/designers are fine, next thing they vanish. Its always the same, short term investors...
Call your credit card company immediately. You may have to file a claim.
Give the following to your CC company and try to reach out to them unless your CC advises differently:

Thanks all for the responses. I did send an email yesterday to the support email but received the generic message back that is shown on the main website. I also left a voicemail at the 'insolvency agency' phone number but no call back. So to me it looks like they are completely done with this business regardless of if they received payment for existing orders.
Regarding a claim, I made the payment direct through my PayPal balance, but it looks like there is some recourse through PayPal. They require 30 days without receiving the items purchased before a claim can be filed.
damn - Just sent back the ill fitting Bodis decat for the second time.... wont be seeing a replacement it would seem ... plus owed $100 in postage. FFS !
Looks like I'm not the only one that got the shotty workmanship that finally shut down Design Corse. Poorly run company apparently if they were bought out or filed for bankruptcy.
They had been running for quite a few years, they gave good service and friendly advice and had really nice hard to get parts. The fact their gone is a real loss to me as a long term owner.
I've ordered a part from Design Corse as recently as last October. I was extremely happy with the overall service, including excellent parts selection and prompt delivery.
Owning a small business is difficult enough, but I imagine the difficulty is amplified serving an ever-shrinking niche market catered to high-end motorcycle aftermarket components.
The closing of a long-serving business is a sad thing to see. I look forward to supporting other niche shops out there by buying parts from them in the future.
I had excellent service too, as for niche suppliers etc, 100% with you on that one. I try to support those who support our bikes, especially the small ones as they seem to be at the front of development for the bikes we love.
