MO Survey: What Kind Of Helmet Do You Wear?

Quote:
A DOT approved helmet is the most important piece of safety gear that a motorcyclist can wear. Still, the range of legal helmets covers (or doesnít cover) a wide range of protection. Since weíre street-wise enough to know that not everyone shares our belief in the importance of protective headgear.

Lend us your voice, oh MOrons! What is your preferred style of helmet?

I have several brands and types of helmets I wear:
In full face....Arai, Bell, Shoei, Suomy
In open face....Shoei
In half helmet....Bell and Shoei
In off road.....Shoei

Depends on the bike and the ride....but ALWAYS wear a helmet.
I'm kind of a helmet junkie.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

Two types:
HJC Rapha 10+
Arai RX-7V

The Arai is my all time favorite!

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

I have a Schuberth S2. Fits me perfectly and got the blue tooth option. Love it.

I have a long oval shaped head and the Arai Profile/Signet fit the best. So, I have a few of those.

For me style is less important than safety and comfort, but not unimportant.

I'm still using this Arai RX-7 GP...

...and am sure that I'll keep on using it for a while.
From what I was able to read it is safe and I like the comfort, which is significantly higher than the one of my Shoei I was using before.
Esp. the very lower wind pressure surprised me much.

To refer to the style topic: It was a must to stick on these visor stickers.
Once I saw them I wanted them...

...just for one day.
