MO Survey: What Types Of Motorcycles Have You Owned?

Quote:
We know that you MOrons are a diverse bunch, but we really want to know what kinds of motorcycles youíve all owned. In fact, weíre sure that you come in as many shapes and sizes as motorcycles do. So, we decided to do a little investigating Ė just for yucks. So, humor us, if you will, take a look at the survey, and vote for all the kinds of bikes youíve owned.

I might as well try my first post on this great sight...
I started off in 1979 with a Yamaha SR500 single cylinder "thumper" with a kick start...I ported the head..added a pipe....racing shocks...R-compound tires and a quarter fairing with flat bars. I still have the owners manual!...1982 I purchased a Kawasaki GPZ 550 rode it hard for about 3 years, modified the seat..added shocks a bassani header system, and flat bars...In 1987 I got my dream bike, a Yamaha V-MAX!!! the only mod was a after market collector and it made it sound way cool..I beat on this motorcycle until I sold it in 1994..It never broke down or gave me any problems at all, it was a great motorcycle and I miss riding it, although it was cold when it got cold, no wind blockage at all. I'm getting ready to purchase my next motorcycle a MV-AGUSTA 800 RR dragster, it reminds me of the v-max but lighter..and better brakes!..but, I don't think it will be as dependable.

If your phone isn't ringing..it's probably me!...
