Veltro Strada on eBay

In the U.K., it's No.5, has 200km, and has a buy-it-now of $52,000 US.

The general consensus is that probably the Veltro Pista is the all time most desirable MV, yes? This Veltro Strada might be nearly so?

This bike has been kicking around for awhile. Several of us have inquired about import to the US...to no avail. I would live to own a Veltro...Pista or Strada!

I've been kicking around for awhile too, always looking at MVs for sale, so guess I just missed this one. Don't recall ever seeing it. I do remember seeing a Pista on eBay some time ago.

Seems like a good price though? I would think it would be even more desirable than a CC or Tamburini?

For me, on physical merit alone, the CC wins. The details are incredible, up close and personal. The Veltro, not so much. I like the Tamburini scheme the best. Performance wise, we all know the winner. Perhaps desire is relative, even amongst MV Agusta aficionados.

Its seems strange to think the CC is common compared the the Veltro but it is. There are approximately 25 Veltro models in existence and I personally think the Veltro is more desirable.

Plus, I can actually obtain a CC or a Tamburini in the US. A Veltro? No.

Seller won't let you come buy it and ship it home?? There are ways to get it past the EPA/DOT/NHTSA for licensing if that's the hang up.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

Please tell me how. What I discovered was that I could bring one in “for display purposes only” and that it would never be legal to ride on public roads for threat of impound.

If you imported it and just happened to have an extra license plate hanging around they would never know it was illegal
