In Tasmania

My wife and I were in Tasmania at the end of Feb. beginning of March this year. On the 3rd of March we travelled from St Hellens to Launceston via Scottsdale(what a great road for bikes), we stoped at a lookout for morning tea, the next thing this incredible sounding bike came down the road and pulled into the parking area, I finished my coffee and went over to talk to the guy and see what bike it was(he said he was on his way to visit his parents). I have always been a Ducati man since my early 20's when I used to race one. I had always known what an MV Agusta was but they always seemed out of my league, this bike was a Brutale I think it was Silver and maybe Red, the exhaust did not sound standard(if the guy that owns this bike reads this what exhaust have you got), it was love at first sight. I went back to my wife raving about this bike, she said when we get home why dont you buy one, so I did and love it.

Nice! Enjoy!

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.

Thumbs up The Only Way To Go

Welcome & Congratulations

I believe that is EXACTLY how you should buy a bike. After all, owning a motorcycle is (in nearly every case) hardly a decison of need but rather one of pure want - when something grabs you then BANG - that's the one! Well done & awesome of your wife to be so supportive & encouraging, that makes life sweet! Youa re lucky guy.

When I see threads on here about people asking which bike to buy or seeking to 'tick boxes' to seal the deal it leaves me - If you don't know, then you don't really want & if you don't really want it - don't buy it! Simples.

Again Congratulations & long may the love affair continue and I hope someone stumps with which exhaust it was that captured you so.
