Man, you guys have no idea.... I've been trying to dig up some history on this thing, been having some offline discussions with JamesC (the FAQ-man) to update his section on the Challenge.

Quote:
Moto Corse MV Agusta F4 Challenge 2001/2002 (Japan) for the Series Cup Challenge (10 full yellow and 10 full red liveries are known. One white liveried example has been pictured)
The link you've got is regarding bikes from 01/02 on the first Challenge series. Mine is an '03, and called a Challenge 2. Having a bit of trouble with language when talking to the guys there, searching on the web reveals a couple different looks for the 'white bike'.

Anyway, I'll try to do some more digging and see what it is. Since I'm not the first owner, it's a bit tough to know what it actually came with and what was replaced beyond the 'challenge'. All other Challenge pics (the ones which are obviously NOT mine) have the 5-spoke Marchesini's, I've got the 10 spoke or whatever they are called.....

ok, pics coming....pls wait one moment.....

OK, here's a couple quasi-scenic ones. No sight of Fuji that day. The tail is starting to brown a bit.... not sure what that is all about. I guess on non-white bikes you wouldn't really notice. Any idea how to clean these things? I scratched the rear seat thing a bit due to my bag, didn't notice. I suspect this can be buffed out. Will start adding carbon, so i'll let the moto corse folks try to sort that out. but I think the cleaning will be a constant thing. They do an amazing job there....not sure what the secret is.....

and my current background (on one monitor anyway.....)

getting a bit dirty......

couple other random ones.....

I'll get some full size ones in the gallery soon.

Admin: Do some of these go into a Moto Corse Special folder?
Or EVO3?
