Mv agusta 125 TRA

Hi all,

Since 2015 i am restoring a 125 TRA.
Currently the engine is restored and the body parts are being painted.
I am now starting to reassemble the bike.

But i am still missing some parts which are getting crucial because the bike needs to be in a wedding photoshoot at the end of august 2019.
Therefore i hope to find them via this forum.

Kr,
Robert M

Hello & Welcome

Better 'pull your finger out', ready for August.

Good luck with the build. Hope to see more photographs soon.

Welcome to the family !!! I'm not the vintage MV parts supplier, but there are folks here who know where to look. UK club seems to have a lot of leads.

What parts are you seeking? That info might help those who can help you.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

Hi all,

I am especially looking for lower part of the head steering bearing.
The inner diameter is 1 inch.

This is blocking me of mounting the front of the bike.

If anyone has this as a spare or now somebody that might have it, please get in touch.

I am getting married on the 30th of August and i would like to have it finished by then.

I have given the ring to someone who will make an exact copy of it.
This weekend i will add some more parts the bike.

I was going to suggest that the inner bearing race you need is just like many common steering ball bearing races on many, many bikes....with the exception of that lovely knurled area.

With the inside/outside diameters and the thickness measurements you should be able to find a comparable bearing from any number of sources......except for that lovely knurled edge.

Glad you found a machinist to make one..... photos of your beauty as she goes to together, please.

And congratulations on your pending nuptials.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

Yes, the bearing is installed and works
A friend of mine found an original one in a small bike shop in his street.
What are the odds...
The one that is being made will be put away as a spare

Meantime, i am searching for the rubbers of the suspension

Anyone has these? the measurements are approx
length: 113mm
diameter up 34 mm
diameter down 29

new or used in good shape?
