Take it right back to the dealer for proper set-up.....

This is a 2018??? Bugs are fixed. They didn't prep it if you are having those problems in only 12 miles.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

He can't, he bought it from the dealer in Las Vegas, NV and he's in San Francisco.

Looks like OP can use www.monroemotors.com (local to SF) and see what they can do for him.

I hope you can get it resolved man. I'm rooting for ya!

Don't Touch the Throttle while turn on the bike and it is finding and setting its throttle position.

If you still have problems.
**When starting your bike, put the bike in neutral and hold in the clutch and release the clutch slowly and pull it back when the bike starts to catch. Also try rolling the bike a forward or backwards.
-My bike no longer starts without using those method unless the engine is warm after running it for a while, then I can start the bike normally.

In the end you will probably need a replacement sprag clutch.

This is a 2018 model... improved sprag already there. Bike should not be stalling in traffic.

Oh...I guess it is 2019 that got the newest sprag.... You have a 2018? Wonder if you gt the latest when they replaced yours?

Still...has nothing to do with the stalling in traffic. His bike was not properly set-up by the selling dealer.

Thank you guys for all the responses. So, I got my bike towed to the dealership for free (MV roadside assistance 2-year warranty covered this). The service manager told me that the battery was drained as its a 2018 model and was sitting there in Las Vegas store for a year. So, they've replaced the battery now and it is working fine as of now.

Thanks for the response. The las vegas dealer has a branch near SF. So, I went to the SF branch and did all the paperwork from their SF branch itself. They got the bike shipped to SF branch and sold it to me.
